clinic guidelines

You must have an appointment to attend clinic. Please call/text our office number at 562-945-9111 and leave your full name, along with your contact number to make appointment. Facemasks are required at all times when entering the property.

We will never close clinic until the last client is done being treated. If you sign in up to 30 minutes before closing (see Calendar section for dates and times), you will get treated.

All ages welcomed. Any client under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by parent/guardian/relative.

Per Avalon Carver Community Center, no pets are allowed in the building. We apologize for the inconvenience and we must be mindful of Avalon Carver allowing CleanSlate to operate clinics in their buildings.

Please keep in mind that we go by order of when you sign in on the clinic sign in sheet.

We ask that before you get treated, that you have a meal as the intensity of the laser can cause you to possibly feel light headed or woozy.

covid protocols

We require all clients to wear facemasks when you enter onto the property. In order to minimize the number of people in the building and in the treating room, only the person getting treated will be allowed in the treating room. If you feel sick or have any symptoms, please remain home and take care of yourself.

NUMBING CREAM

Please indicate if you are wanting the numbing cream at check in.

We want to remind you that patience is needed when you are at our clinic. We keep our costs low by using all our finances for our clinic. Providing exact appointments would force us to raise costs. If you see someone “cutting in line” and they have clear wrap around their tattoos it is because they have chosen to use numbing cream. Clients that use numbing cream will have designated time slots to receive treatment before the numbing cream wears off. It does cost a bit extra but it helps with the pain, especially if you are extra sensitive or have large/multiple areas that need to be treated.

We hope you understand our accommodations for those who have chosen to use numbing cream. We do try to apply the cream so that there is no “cutting in line” but if there are delays, we do have to rush them in before it wears off. Any client using numbing cream will need to wait 90 minutes before getting treated so that the cream can penetrate and take effect on the area. Also, if you need numbing cream, please arrive no later than 3:30pm for weekend clinics and no later than 7:30pm for evening clinics, so that you have sufficient time to allow cream to make impact on the area you will get treated.
